STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2.  If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, My Company reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
    •  Product colour may slightly vary due to differences in screen resolution, brightness, and lighting conditions.
    • Actual product specifications, including GSM, may vary by ±5%.
    • All products are available in different sizes. Customers are requested to refer to the respective size chart before placing an order.
    • Product images are for representation and entertainment purposes only and are not intended to hurt or offend any sentiments.
